The Diagnosis: Where Visitors Were Dropping Off

Using Hotjar (heatmaps and session recordings) and Google Analytics 4, Nevatrix identified: 68% of visitors left within 8 seconds of landing. The 7 Changes We Made (No Redesign Required)

Change 1: Added Click-to-Call Button in Mobile Header

A sticky phone number button in the mobile header — visible on every page scroll. Implementation: 2 hours. Result at Day 30: 6 direct phone calls from the website vs 0 previously.

Change 2: Moved Appointment Form to Hero Section

The appointment enquiry form was at the bottom of the contact page. We added a condensed 3-field version (Name, Phone, Service) directly in the homepage hero section. Implementation: 4 hours. Result at Day 30: 60% of enquiries now came from the homepage form.

Change 3: Added Social Proof Numbers to Homepage

'5,000+ patients treated' and '12 years serving Warangal' added in large typography near the CTA. Implementation: 1 hour. Heatmap data showed these numbers significantly increased scroll-down rate from 40% to 67%.

Change 4: Added WhatsApp Chat Widget

A WhatsApp floating button replaced the generic 'Contact Us' link. Patients in India prefer WhatsApp over forms. Implementation: 2 hours. WhatsApp now accounts for 35% of total enquiries.

Change 5: Compressed All Images
