A Warangal-based education business came to Nevatrix with a 5-year-old website: 0.3% conversion rate, 4.8-second mobile load time, and zero Google rankings. 6 months after the redesign: 4.1% conversion, 2.2-second load time, ranking on page 1 for 8 target keywords. Here is the complete before/after.
Complete website redesigns at Nevatrix follow a data-first approach: we audit the existing site before touching design, identify the specific conversion and performance gaps, then redesign to solve those specific problems. This case study tracks every metric from brief to 6-month post-launch.

Phase 1: Audit — What Was Broken
Before designing anything, Nevatrix spent 2 weeks auditing the existing site. Key findings: 4.8-second mobile load time (38 uncompressed images, no caching). Ranking on page 3–5 for all target keywords. No meta titles or descriptions on 14 of 18 pages. The homepage had no clear CTA. Course pricing was not mentioned anywhere on the site. Mobile navigation was broken on Android devices. Zero schema markup. Google Business Profile not set up.
Phase 2: Strategy — What We Were Solving For
Based on the audit, the redesign strategy was: mobile-first design with sub-3-second load time, clear course listings with pricing and outcomes on every page, prominent WhatsApp and phone CTAs, SEO-first architecture targeting 12 core keywords, FAQ sections addressing common parent questions, and social proof (student results, success stories, teacher credentials).
Phase 3: Design and Development (8 Weeks)
The new site was built with Next.js (replacing WordPress) and Tailwind CSS. Key design decisions: course pages each had their own URL (previously all courses were on one page), pricing shown upfront, student testimonials integrated with Google Review widget, mobile-first layout tested on 6 Android device sizes, and a 3-field enquiry form (name, phone, course interested in) on every page above the fold.
Phase 4: SEO Setup (Parallel with Development)
While development was in progress, the SEO team: researched and finalized 12 target keywords, wrote meta titles and descriptions for all 22 pages, created FAQPage schema for 8 pages, set up Google Search Console and submitted sitemap, completed and optimized Google Business Profile (42 photos, all services listed, 15 review requests sent to past students).

What Made the Biggest Difference
- 1Separate URL per course: Google could now rank individual course pages for specific queries
- 2Pricing on the page: enquiry quality improved dramatically — people who enquired were ready to buy
- 3WhatsApp button: 42% of all enquiries now come through WhatsApp, which was zero before
- 4Load time improvement (4.8s to 2.2s): mobile bounce rate dropped from 78% to 44%
- 5GBP with 15 reviews: the business now appears in the local 3-pack for 'coaching centre warangal'
- 6FAQ sections: 3 of the 8 page-1 rankings are driven by FAQ schema answers

Frequently Asked Questions
A standard website redesign (10–20 pages) takes 6–10 weeks at Nevatrix. This includes 2 weeks of audit and strategy, 4–6 weeks of design and development, and 1–2 weeks of testing and launch. SEO setup runs in parallel with development to minimize the gap between launch and first rankings.
Poorly executed redesigns can temporarily hurt rankings if URLs change without proper 301 redirects, or if the new site is slower than the old one. Nevatrix follows a strict migration checklist: all old URLs either preserved or redirected, GSC coverage verified within 48 hours of launch, and speed tested before going live.
